This fishing ground area comprises seven lakes that makes up in total
more than 1,000 hectares of fishing-waters. The lakes are: Tjurken, Borrasjön,
Olasjön, Trehörningarna, Fenen, Immen and Malasjön. Lake Tjurken, which is
closest to the village of Piggaboda, is the largest lake in the area with more than
30 islands and with an average depth of three to four metres, and the maximum
depth is twelve metres. In the area there is plenty of pike, perch, zander and eel
but also fishes that are well-suited for angling like bream, tench and roach. Boat
launching sites are present. There is a brochure with an overview map of the area.
